Two Months

We are really enjoying our kids and our time with them. Since Brady has been home we have had a great time. Carly had her first haircut a few weeks ago, and it really helped the back. She didn't have much cut off, but we hated to lose those baby curls. She also loves the camera and took this picture of herself.

She loves Brady and can't keep her hands off of him. She does pretty well with him, but you never know how she will react when he cries. Sometimes she is very patient and loving and talks to him sweetly. Other times, she gets frantic and screams and cries along with him and yells at him to hush and stop crying.

Brady had his two-month dr appoitment yesterday. He is still not on the growth chart for his age, but he is closing the gap and getting closer to the curve. He weighed 7 lbs 4 oz and was 20 inches long. In three weeks he had gained a pound and grew an inch, not bad. The nurse gave him three shots and Carly cried more than he did. When we go back in November all three of us will get a shot, so it should be an interesting visit. I am sure there will be an overflow of tears and emotion.

We hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful Labor Day weekend as much as we did. Brady made his first trip to Fair Grove and did really well in the car. We are looking forward to the FG Fall Festival this month. Curly fries here we come!
