Zoo

We've been trying to make it to the zoo for a few weeks now . . . Saturday we finally made it. We got up on Saturday morning and checked the forecast. We were pleasantly surprised to see there was no rain expected until the evening, so we headed out. It turned out to be a beautiful day. It wasn't hot and there was a light breeze with a touch of sunshine. We did overdress a little, but we rolled up our sleeves and were thankful for the great day. Carly got more out of it than we expected. She really paid attention to the animals. She pointed, smiled, and studied everything. The people were also entertaining, we love to people watch!
